Birmingham Conservation Trust is looking for a Volunteer and Operations Manager at the Coffin Works in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter.

Have you got a strong track record in delivering excellent customer service? Can you build, train and motivate a team of volunteers? Are you a practical problem-solver with experience of marketing, events and managing building facilities? Can you combine attention to detail with an understanding of the bigger picture? Could you help us meet our business targets and take us to the next level? Have you plenty of energy and a passion for heritage?

Birmingham Conservation Trust is looking for a dynamic, organised and business-focused individual to help us keep operations at the Coffin Works running smoothly so that we keep scaling the heights of the Trip Advisor tree!

The post includes day-to-day operations of the Newman Brothers heritage attraction and management of facilities and services for small businesses located at the Coffin Works.

 

This is a full-time post, 37.5 hours per week, working across a 2-week rota; week one (Monday to Friday) week two (Tuesday to Saturday) with occasional evening working as part of a rota. Post initially for 2 years.  Based in Birmingham.  Salary £24,892.  Appointment to begin April/May 2015.  This post is part funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation and the Heritage Lottery Fund.

    Are there any restrictions on citizenship when applying, because i am interested in the job. I am in Zimbabwe
