Before and after of Gartnavel Chapel, Glasgow

A heritage project to restore  a small and rare Arts and Crafts chapel in Glasgow  and reuse it as a Cancer Therapy Centre has become a finalist in the National Lottery Awards. This is a fantastic example of what can be done by by a Building Preservation Trust (BPT).

As a BCT ourselves, we know how important it is to raise awareness about the repair and reuse of Britain’s historic buildings. We also know the hard work, determination and how long it can take!! So we are getting right behind Glasgow BPT as the only BPT in the ‘Best Building Heritage Project’ category at the National Lottery Awards. This is a public vote off, so please vote for them and spread the word.

A blog about the project and the simple voting process can be found here.
