This was a surprise find Guillotine Stop Lock  in Kings Norton. It originally was used to control river levels on the Stratford Upon Avon Canal where it meets the  Worcester & Birmingham Canal.  The Canal & River Trust have recently helped coordinate a project to have it restored. Well worth a walk down there and on to Junction House. The stop lock is Grade II listed and scheduled as an Ancient Monument.
