Visiting the Buildings

The houses are open to the public as follows:

From 7 September:
Tuesday-Friday 2-5pm, Saturday & Sunday 10-5pm

Closed from 24 Dec am for three weeks

Admission price:
Adult £4, Child £2 and Families £12

National Trust members free and children under 5

Admission is by timed ticket and guided tour only.

There are steep stairs throughout the houses and visitors are asked to wear flat shoes.

Wheelchair access to all ground floors and virtual tour, portable induction loop and Braille guides. For further details please speak to staff when booking.

Holiday homes at Court 15

Visitors can also stay in the three of the houses. No 50, 52 and 54 Inge Street have been refurbished as holiday homes for city centre breaks. Each house has been furnished to a different period reflecting the periods of the show houses – 1840, 1870 and 1930. Facilities include mini kitchen and bathrooms.
